Another wonderful and eventful day was spent by the wards of our “Hope and Healing” center visiting the Kyiv Children’s Railway. The children visited the railway museum, listened to the history of the institution, and then went on a trip on a real train together. So the little Ukrainians received an impressions for a whole week.

Such excursions are an important part of the recovery process for children who have survived the occupation, deportation and life in the frontline areas. Children return to their childhood and begin to believe in their happy future. And it is this faith that allows them to dream, set incredible goals, and then achieve them step by step.
