Supporting those who need it most
💔 “Mom, when will we go back home?” This heart-wrenching question echoes daily in families who have lost their homes—children who have witnessed more than even adults can bear.
Five million Ukrainians have been displaced.
🔹 77% experience depression
🔹 46% struggle with severe anxiety
🔹 Yet, only 8% seek help.
Why?
Fear, shame, and stereotypes: “I must manage on my own.”
We are changing this. Our team of psychologists creates a safe space where everyone can find support.
💡 In a judgment-free atmosphere, people share their pain without fear.
💡 We help manage anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.
💡 We teach how to recognize draining emotions and find ways to overcome them.
Psychological help is not about weakness. It is about the courage to live on, even in the darkest times.
These consultations are part of the Comprehensive Psychological Assistance for Children and Families Affected by War program, implemented under the USAID project Building a Resilient Public Health System with support from Pact. This initiative provides psychological support to displaced adults and children who have experienced trauma.
