How Save Ukraine’s case managers recharge their strength
Case managers are the ones who are always there for those in need, offering a listening ear, support, and solutions. But what helps them stay resilient and avoid burnout?
To care for those who care for others, we organized a training session on mental recovery techniques at the Hope and Healing Center. During the session, our specialists learned practices to relieve stress, manage emotions, and feel lightness in their bodies. Most importantly, these techniques can be practiced anywhere — at work and home, relaxing, or with loved ones.
These group sessions became more than just a way to recharge; they were also a time for the team to grow closer. After all, self-care is the strength that allows us to keep supporting those who need it most.
We’re grateful to create a space where everyone — both specialists and beneficiaries — can find support and inspiration for new achievements! 💪
