How our centers support the elderly and people with limited mobility
The war has left thousands of elderly people and individuals with disabilities without homes and unable to care for themselves. In such times, having a safe place, access to medical care, and support is essential. To give those affected a chance at a dignified life, we established Hope and Healing Centers in Irpin and Kamianka-Buzka.
These Centers have become a place where the elderly and people with limited mobility receive:
🟡 Comfortable and safe temporary housing;
🟡 Medical support;
🟡 Psychological assistance;
🟡 Social services to help restore documents, arrange pensions, and receive payments;
🟡 Reintegration into society with the support of volunteers, priests, friends, and the community.
Our Centers have become a reliable refuge where people not only find help but also regain hope for the future. Thanks to the support of our partners, LandsAid and Aktion Deutschland Hilft, we continue to assist those in need.
