The path to freedom: we saved Dana and Arthur from the clutches of the occupiers
Good news: our Save Ukraine team has saved two more children from the Zaporizhzhia region! We successfully helped 16-year-old Dana and 17-year-old Artur leave the temporarily occupied territory. These are already 407 Ukrainian children whom we have saved from the Russians.
Dana and Artur’s life in the occupation was full of fear and coercion. Russian soldiers broke into their homes, threatened them, and forced them to get Russian passports. Arthur even had to read the oath of Russia 5 times on camera, thus mocking the boy. The military tried to evict the girl’s family from the house and said, “You have a second place of residence. Live there.” At school, Dana had to join the pseudo-children’s organization “Dvizhenie Pervyh”. Now the teenagers are safe, both plan to rest and enter educational institutions. Both want to work in IT.
We thank our partners, WeAreAllUkrainians, for their invaluable help in saving our children. Together, we give Ukrainian children hope for a better future!
