We opened a Free Rehabilitation Center for children with disabilities in Irpin
It’s a great place where children with special needs can receive comprehensive support: psychological, pedagogical, and rehabilitation assistance, as well as the opportunity for meaningful leisure and recreation. This Rehabilitation Center will be working as part of the Community Center of the Save Ukraine charity organization.
The cozy and multifunctional space is created for the comfort of small visitors. The children can develop their talents and skills at fun workshops, training, and games here. Specialists of the Center will help children with special needs acquire life skills and successful integration into society.
“Our goal is not only to create a Rehabilitation Center but also to change the approach to providing social services in the community. We strive for every community in Ukraine to be capable, strong, and people-oriented,” said the organization’s founder, Mykola Kuleba, during the opening ceremony.
We are sincerely grateful for the support of our international partners ECHO and World Vision, Chef José Andrés, Craig Johnson, the founder of the Champions Club and the pastor of Lakewood Church, Far East Broadcasting Company (Korea), local authorities, personally the mayor Oleksandr Markushyn, the Coordinating Center for the Development of Family education and Care of children.
We also express our gratitude to our great friend – Bishop Anatolii Kozachok, the community of the Ukrainian Church of Christians of the Evangelical Faith, and all other incredible people who support the initiative. A fitting tribute to everyone who put in the effort to create this fantastic space!
Let the Rehabilitation Center become a second home for children, where they will be surrounded by love and care. Together, we can perform miracles!
