We held a masterclass on crafting motanka dolls
At our center, we held a workshop on making traditional Ukrainian Motanka dolls.
Making these dolls is a form of art therapy that helps people find new ways to express their feelings. This creative activity encourages relaxation, reduces stress, and balances emotions. It also allows individuals to explore their inner world and boost self-esteem.
It’s especially rewarding to create your own Motanka doll, a traditional Ukrainian talisman and a symbol of family well-being.
The workshop enabled teams at our Centers to connect with our cultural traditions, develop their creative skills, and activate their own resources. All of this was done to empower them with new strength and inspiration to assist children and families in need of restoring their mental health.
