300 hot meals daily for residents of our centers during freezing temperatures
During one of the coldest periods of winter, Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have caused serious disruptions to energy supply, making access to hot food a critical humanitarian need.
In response, World Central Kitchen now provides 300 hot meals daily to Save Ukraine beneficiaries across our Hope and Recovery Centers and our Points of Resilience.
This builds on earlier support from World Central Kitchen, including large-scale food packages delivered to our centers — enough to sustain communities for months, including people with limited mobility.
We are deeply grateful to World Central Kitchen for their consistent, needs-driven support and for responding rapidly as conditions on the ground evolve.
