we share with you the video of the unforgettable meeting between Save Ukraine and the German Foreign Minister, Annalena Baerbock.

During the German diplomat’s visit to our centers in Hatne, the Save Ukraine team presented the Minister with a prototype integration model that will help rescue hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families from occupation.

To implement this model, our team, with the support of partners, created the Community Hub — a network of centers in one location, offering children and families the opportunity to rebuild their lives in safety.

The meeting between the Minister and Daiana was particularly moving. Daiana is a girl whom Save Ukraine rescued two years ago from a Crimean “re-education camp.” Minister Annalena Baerbock first met Daiana during her initial visit to Save Ukraine, and this meeting serves as a powerful reminder of how a child’s life can transform after being rescued and supported in safety.

We also discussed the crucial need to spread the truth about Russia’s crimes against our children. We hope that Germany’s Foreign Minister will become a voice for Ukrainian children at the UN, and that our combined efforts will help save as many children as possible from the Russian regime.
