In an interview with Online.ua, Mykola Kuleba spoke about the traumatic experience of Ukrainian children under occupation and in Russia when they are forcibly transferred there. Families with children are threatened, forced to draw up Russian documents and attend Russian schools. If russians find out that children are studying online at a Ukrainian school, they begin to abuse the family: parents are taken for interrogation, subjected to regular searches, and threatened with deportation. If parents agree to send their child to a Russian school, russians begin to brainwash the children with propaganda from the very first days. There are cases when children were even taken to Moscow for propaganda events, where they were lectured by Medvedev and Solovyov. And there are, unfortunately, children who simply do not want to return home to Ukraine after such “brainwashing”.
