Meet the Poshyvai family from Oleshky, Kherson region.

The war forced them to leave everything behind and start from scratch in a new city—without a home, without jobs, and with children to care for. All they had ahead was uncertainty.

The move was tough. In their new city, they encountered many challenges: finding housing, enrolling their children in school, and securing jobs to rebuild their lives. This is the reality for millions of Ukrainians who have been displaced.

Fortunately, the family found out about Save Ukraine. We helped them settle into a modular home in Khmelnytskyi region and assigned them a case manager, Roman. He assisted Olena in finding a job and provided the necessary support to help the family adapt more quickly.

Today, Olena is employed and able to support her family on her own. And we are proud to have helped another Ukrainian family get back on their feet!
