The New York Times photo project "Stolen Children of Ukraine"
24 children whom Save Ukraine helped to return to Ukraine from russia and the temporarily occupied territories became participants of The New York Times photo project “Stolen Children of Ukraine”. 15-year-old Yevhenia Kondratieva, 12-year-old Serhiy Koldin and other children abducted by the russians told their horrific stories of russian “captivity” and their release from it.
“I think all the children who were taken will remember this for the rest of their lives,” 18-year-old Denys Berezhnyi told NYT journalists for this project.
