Supervision as a key to the professional development of psychologists of the Pact Save Ukraine project
Psychological help is becoming more and more demanded in our society. But who helps the psychologists themselves? The answer is simple – supervision. It is an essential tool that increases the professionalism of specialists. But it helps prevent professional burnout as well.
Recently, there has been another supervision meeting for psychologists-consultants of Save Ukraine, who work within the Pact project. What psychologists managed to do during the meeting:
🔹Discussed tough cases that require special attention
🔹Looked at new tools for working with clients
🔹Determined directions for further work
🔹Planned the next steps in their professional activities
Such meetings are held twice a month in a group format and individually if needed. And this is not just a formality. They help psychologists improve their skills, share experiences, and find new approaches to work. As a result, all of it increases the quality of psychological assistance that people at Save Ukraine centers receive.
We are proud of our specialists and their commitment to continuous professional growth. After all, their development is the key to the efficient work of the entire psychological service of Save Ukraine.
