Seven More Children Rescued from Russian-Occupied Territory
Last week, our Save Ukraine team, with the support of the presidential initiative Bring Kids Back UA, successfully rescued seven children from temporarily occupied territory. To date, we have saved 605 children, including 134 orphans.
🔹 Among them is 16-year-old Stanislav, who bravely expressed his pro-Ukrainian stance despite living in a Russian-occupied city. He tore down Russian flags and filled in enemy trenches. Eventually, he had to leave his home to continue his education in Ukraine.
🔹 11-year-old Nastya witnessed Russian soldiers tormenting her parents. That night, she woke up to noises in the next room. Four drunken Russian soldiers stormed into their house, forced her mother and father to their knees, and pointed guns at their heads. This was their idea of “entertainment.”
🔹 Albina was born under occupation and spent the first five years of her life there. But from a young age, her mother told her that they were living in a foreign land and that one day they would go home. Throughout this time, her mother, Nadia, lived in fear that her daughter might unintentionally expose her pro-Ukrainian stance. She searched for a way to escape to Ukraine. Now, she is relieved that her daughter will finally attend a Ukrainian school and have the chance to grow up in a free country.
🔹 16-year-old Erik and 10-year-old Alla shared how their sister, Kseniia, was abducted by Russian forces while trying to flee their occupied city. She was held in a basement for several days, while their mother was forced to record a video thanking Russia for “saving” her daughter.
🔹 Angela and her 7-year-old daughter Olesia endured unimaginable suffering—bombings, occupation of their hometown, an escape through Russia, and being banned from returning home. Angela was repeatedly subjected to security checks, interrogations, and psychological pressure. Today, the family is finally safe and dreams of a brighter future.
We sincerely thank our partners WeAreAllUkrainians, the Humanity Foundation, and Reload Love for supporting this mission. This is another collective victory in the greater fight of humanity against the cruelty of the Kremlin’s regime.
We call on everyone who cares to support efforts to rescue Ukrainian children!
