Restoration of the strength of psychologists
The consistency works. We at Hope and Healing Center in Hatne see it every day. The second meeting of the vital cycle, “Working with resource states,” for our psychologists, took place recently.
The purpose of the event was to restore the resource status of our psychologists with the help of psychotherapeutic and body-oriented techniques. We worked on awareness of individual strategies for how to be in this state in everyday life and trained to trigger it at will as needed.
At the end of the meeting, our specialists were happy to share their impressions of their updated personal state. Exercises for relaxation and focusing attention proved to be especially effective. These simple and effective techniques can be easily integrated into everyday life to improve well-being. After all, we have to be stress-resistant and resilient in these challenging times. Life presents us with tough challenges every week, and we are determined to learn to cope. And these practical meetings are a way to recharge batteries, regain strength, and continue our critical mission with new energy.
We thank our incredible trainers, Valentina Olefir and Svitlana Borsuk, who with great enthusiasm helped colleagues who assisted victims of the occupied territories to restore their mental health. Special thanks to Yuliia Sydorenko, director of the Center, for organizing the meeting and supporting our team.
