People Who Change Lives
Every day, our team works to make sure that older adults and people with limited mobility feel cared for, supported, and safe.
They welcome beneficiaries after evacuation, help them adapt, restore their documents, provide care, and create a true family atmosphere in our Hope and Healing Centres.
These people are the heart of our Hope and Healing Centres for older adults and people with limited mobility. Every day, they put their hearts into what they do — greeting, caring for, and supporting our residents while helping them find a new home.
Let’s meet them

Anna – Head of the Irpin Centre
Anna started as a case manager and now leads a centre where every resident feels at home. For her, every case is a unique challenge that inspires growth.

Viktoriia – Psychologist, Irpin Centre
Having gone through evacuation herself, every word of support she offers comes from the heart. Through art therapy, she helps residents regain peace, faith, and strength to move forward.

Iryna – Social Worker
With 12 years of experience working with older adults, she knows how important it is to make everyone in the centre feel warmth and care.

Roman – Driver, Kamianka-Buzka Centre
Roman meets the evacuation trains, drives older and low-mobility individuals to hospitals and other essential services, helping them settle every issue along the way.

Andrii – Social Worker
He starts each shift with a prayer and spends the day supporting and caring for the residents. For many of them, he’s become like family.

Liubov – Head of the Kamianka-Buzka Centre
Liubov has been with the centre since the start of the war and knows every resident’s story. She ensures the living conditions are right and stays in touch with families. “These people have become my family,” she says about the residents.
