Netherland Delegation Visits Save Ukraine Center
On March 14, our center in Irpin welcomed a delegation from the Netherlands, including Dilan Yeşilgoz-Zegerius, leader of the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy and member of the House of Representatives, her advisor and National Treasurer Baudewijn Bokkers, and representatives from the Netherlands Embassy in Ukraine, Kees Cath and Daria Zaiko.
The delegation learned about the work of our Early Intervention Center, which is supported by the Netherlands Embassy. We provided insights into our programs supporting children with disabilities and gave them a tour of our distinctive bomb shelter, where we plan to establish dedicated spaces for educational and creative purposes. A significant moment of the visit was a meeting with a family participating in the early intervention program, as well as a heartwarming interaction with children who had prepared special gifts for the guests.
🤝 This visit underscored the importance of international support in safeguarding children and their families. We are deeply grateful to our Netherlands partners for their continued assistance and trust. However, much work remains, and we are committed to engaging additional partners to expand opportunities for our children.
Together, we can achieve more!
