We thank the Roosevelt Foundation for the great honor for our Save Ukraine team — to receive the international award “Four Freedoms” and to draw the attention of the world’s most influential freedom fighters to the genocide that Russia is committing against our people by abducting and russifying Ukrainian children. Their forced assimilation into Russian society is a deliberate strategy that we cannot ignore if we seek to preserve freedom.

“Our organization has returned more abducted Ukrainian children than any other. We are also working on the rehabilitation and reintegration of all Ukrainian children and families affected by the war,” noted the head of our Foundation Mykola Kuleba, in his solemn speech, and dedicated this award to the strength and courage of all Ukrainian children and youth who still need rescue and rehabilitation after traumatic experience in Russia. Only by protecting our children will we can protect Ukrainian sovereignty and democracy throughout Europe. We hope that we will succeed in this together.
