Meeting with the Ambassador of the Netherlands
On August 7, the founder and head of Save Ukraine, Mykola Kuleba, and the mayor of Irpin, Oleksandr Markushyn, had the honor of meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine, Alle Dorhout.
We told the Ambassador about joint work on social and psychological rehabilitation of families affected by the war. We showed how our services work in the territorial community of Irpin based on the Hope and Healing Center facilities, where services are provided to children and children with disabilities in particular.
This meeting was a great start to Mr. Dorhout’s diplomatic mission in Ukraine. We thank the Ambassador for the immense support the Netherlands has given to Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. We are grateful for their help in implementing vital social programs for our country.
It is an excellent example of effective interaction between local authorities, the public sector, and international partners. We hope for further fruitful cooperation and look forward to new joint projects that will help us rebuild our country. We are doing everything possible to recover and develop Irpin and the entire Ukraine together
