During our visit to the USA, our delegation had the opportunity to meet with Hillary Clinton at her office at Columbia University, where she currently teaches. A notable figure in American politics, particularly with regards to Ukraine, Mrs. Clinton often gives speeches and plays a vital role in the Clinton Global Initiative.

In our discussion, we focused on the situation in Ukraine, particularly the distressing issue of Russia abducting Ukrainian children and indoctrinating them for combat against Ukraine. Hillary Clinton emphasized that when talking about Putin, we must stress that he is a criminal involved in the kidnapping of Ukrainian children. The forced militarization of these children by Russia poses a significant threat to Ukraine’s national security. Additionally, we explored the role of social services and local communities in helping repatriate these children to Ukraine and aiding in their psychological recovery.

Throughout our trip, we endeavored to impress upon representatives and supporters of both the Democratic and Republican parties the urgent need to protect the rights of Ukrainian children amid the ongoing conflict instigated by Russia against Ukraine.
