Chronicle of evacuation: June
Chronicle of evacuation: June
During the first month of summer, the Save Ukraine team evacuated 1,183 people from the front-line territory. Among them are many of the most vulnerable – children with disabilities and elderly people with reduced mobility.
In total, these are more than 158 families who finally ended the constant fear for their lives and settled into a normal life.
We know this is harder said than done. After all, these Ukrainians have separated from their homes and are due to social adaptation in an unknown environment.
That’s why the Save Ukraine team continues to care for families even after evacuation: we provide shelter, look for permanent housing, provide humanitarian, medical, psychological and legal support, help parents with employment, and children with resuming their education.
We don’t leave our people in trouble and work every day to restore the well-being and faith in the future of every Ukrainian family!
