Caring for those who care for others
Last week, we brought together the team of psychologists and staff from the project “Comprehensive Psychological Support for Children and Families Affected by the War” for a warm and empowering training on burnout.
We talked about the things that matter — how to recognize when your “battery” is running low and what to do before it’s completely drained.
Together, we discussed:
🔹 the early signs of burnout and how not to miss them,
🔹 the power of self-awareness and group support,
🔹 practical recovery techniques and finding balance between helping and living.
The training was deep, useful, and genuinely warm. Because even those who save others need support, space, and the chance to just be themselves.
Thank you to Nova Ukraine for supporting this project and making such meetings possible.
