14 Ukrainian children from Russia and the TOT are finally in Ukraine
Among those rescued, two are without parental care. These are the results of the fruitful work of the Save Ukraine team during the week. In total, as of today, we have already returned 373 children who were deported or ended up in the occupation.
The stories we hear from these children are always heartbreaking. Teenage girls Alisa and Milana told how Russian tanks shelled their houses. Therefore, they and their families had to hide and sleep in damp basements for quite a while. In front of the children, the Russian special services conducted searches, interrogated their parents, and humiliated and threatened them in every way for not having Russian documents.
Saving every child is not easy, so every successful attempt is a small victory on the way to our joint great victory over the enemy. We sincerely thank CF Humanity, @WeAreAllUkrainians, and our other partners for tirelessly supporting our work to save children and their families from occupation.
