12 more kids were rescued from the temporary occupation
More good news: last week, Save Ukraine and Bring Kids Back UA helped 12 more Ukrainian children and their families leave the temporary occupation!
Among those returned is 11-year-old Yaryna (the name of the child was changed for safety measures), who lived with her aunt in one of the temporarily occupied cities of Ukraine. Both were planning to move to Ukraine. However, a tragedy struck the family: the aunt died. Therefore, our teams had to act swiftly and rescue Yaryna so that she would not be kidnapped by the Russians and placed into a Russian family.
Now, the girl is safe and will receive the necessary help and support.
The number of Ukrainian children who returned from Russia and the temporarily occupied territories reached 466. This is a significant achievement for our joint activities @saveukraine.official and @bringkidsback_ua.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to @weareallukrainians2022, Ron Wahid, Humanity Foundation, who are working tirelessly with us to fulfill this vital mission. Your support is crucial in bringing our children home.
Together, we can bring every Ukrainian child home.
